Youth Development

Zen Quest leads the way in exploring the frontiers of experiential learning. Our team combines research from a cross section of professional disciplines such as outdoor education, sports science, nutrition, education methodology, psychology, public policy and philosophy, to provide interdisciplinary learning in the outdoors.  This solid academic base combined with our extensive experience in the outdoors allows us to provide our clients with programs that are tailor made.

Our team is composed of a unique group of professionals from all walks of life. We combine the skills of accomplished academics and experienced outdoor professionals to deliver programs that are physically, mentally and psychologically challenging; all conducted in a safe and fun environment. These programs are designed by a combination of outdoor professionals, adventure specialists and strength and conditioning coaches. On many occasions they work closely together with professors who have extensive experience in running service learning and research programs in China and around the globe. Read more about how we measure this here.
